Murphy Property Maintenance is owned and operated by Richard & Sara Murphy. The company started in the Winter of 2007 and has been on a steady climb ever since. Murphy Property Maintenance’s main focus was to concentrate on lawn care and garden maintenance. However, they have found themselves to grow towards offering;

Richard Murphy has a background in Horticulture and Property Maintenance. Richard studied at Guelph University and Landscape Ontario. He started his green industry career working for Canadian Tire in the greenhouses (south Ontario) and fell in love with the trade. After relocating to Meaford, ON he took on a role as Operations Manager Maintenance Division for the largest landscaping company in the area. 5 years later Murphy Property Maintenance was born.
Sara Murphy is a graduate from Sheridan College and Georgian College. With diplomas and certificates in Business, Paralegal and Nursing; she is well educated. Sara runs the accounts management side of the business, and if you call the office you’ll hear her pleasant voice ready to assist. Sara has a background in Timeshare, Contracts Management and Business Development.
Together Richard and Sara focus on customer service and quality of work. We know and see it everyday how customer service is lacking in the trades. Murphy Property Maintenance vows to change the standards and show our customers and their properties exactly how they should be treated.
